You may be familiar with our food from eating at our restaurant or from attending an event we have catered.  We are a full service caterer offering complete party planning and can provide servers for any occasion.  Included below are a couple popular menus. However, we can customize any catering function to meet your guest's needs and are not limited to BBQ Items.  Other examples include Prime Rib, Lemon Herb Chicken Breast, Seafood, Pasta Dishes, Chicken and Dumplings, Appetizers, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups.  From the simple backyard barbeque to the special wedding, we at HUCKABEES FAMILY BARBECUE can help you with all the details.

You can pick up most items from our restaurants in Newberg or Dundee Oregon.  We make it very easy for Host/Hostesses to pick up prepared food all ready to set out on Buffet tables (salads in bowls/ meats in pans/chafing dishes etc).  It's affordable for folks who are having a gathering but don't need additional expenses for labor, set up, delivery or just want to have flexibility as to when everyone gets there to eat and when they're ready.

 Smoked Baked Beans

 Small Buns & Cocktail size (sliced)

 Fresh Fruit Salad or Potato Salad or Pasta Vinaigrette Salad

 3 Bean Salad

 Huckabee's Cole Slaw

 Cookies or  Chocolate Mousse

# 2 – Full Cater $12.50 per person ($10.50pp if picked up)

 Pulled Pork  (sauce on the side)

 Buns (2 sizes Small & cocktail size)

 Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket (sauce on the side) OR Smoked BBQ Chicken

 Huckabee’s BBQ Sauce

 Smoked Baked Beans

 Potato Salad or Fresh Fruit Salad (cut with no rinds)

 3 Bean Salad

 Cole Slaw

 Cookies for Dessert

 Strawberry Shortcake or Mixed Oregon Berry Cobbler add $1.50pp

 Bottled Water and/or Assorted Soda Pop add $1.50pp

$1.00 per mile usually covers our travel

 We can serve your Publicly Advertised Event at your location for $20.00 per hour per server 

Chafing dishes & coolers are loaned free, but it costs you $80.00 if they're lost or damaged
17% Gratuity added to picked up and catered events (for kitchen and/or serving staff) 
 50% deposit to reserve date and guarantee price. Call for an Actual Price quote
